Leslie Holmes is a Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of Melbourne, and a Recurrent Visiting Professor at the Centre for Social Studies (IFiS PAN) in Warsaw, the University of Bologna, and the People’s University in Beijing. He has authored 9 books, and his work has been published in 15 languages.
