Measuring the Social Media Presence of Special Interest Topics
Social media monitoring is a process by which analysts can determine how popular a topic is on social media sites or websites. A BackTweets search, indicating how many tweets related to a search term are archived on Twitter (backtweets.com), was conducted on October 13, 2016 along with a Yahoo search on the terms used to describe special interests in this chapter.
