ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION AND FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

Organizational transformation can be used as a strategy for financial sustainability because it leads to long-term organizational changes. When an organization goes through a transformational change process, a new identity is developed. The organization tends to have new or more targeted vision statements, streamlines processes that foster organizational effectiveness, client satisfaction, and more accountability to stakeholders. This in turn helps create a new sense of purpose and commitment to support the organization's vision from all stakeholders, including the donors.
